When new beds, furniture and carpets are on order, the old ones need to be out before the fitters arrive. We clear room by room or floor by floor so you can keep parts of the building open, and good-quality furniture is passed on for reuse rather than wasted.

When a pub, care home, school or church closes, or a building is sold for conversion, everything usually has to go: furniture, kitchen equipment, white goods, carpets, records and fittings. Responsible disposal at scale
Large clearances produce large volumes, which makes sorting all the more important. Furniture and household goods go to charity shops and reuse projects where they are accepted; metals, electricals (as WEEE), textiles, cardboard and wood are recycled; fridges and freezers are dealt with correctly; and only the remainder goes to licensed waste facilities.
